The Provincial Court of Zaragoza has dismissed the appeal of the owner of a business that requested the removal of the sign of an administrative premises installed on the façade of the same property in Ejea de los Caballeros. The plaintiff argued that the sign had not been installed on the part of the façade corresponding to his premises but on the common element, the door lintel, thus harming his rights as owner. The court, like the court ruling, has declared that it is in accordance with the Horizontal Property Law and the Bylaws of the community of property owners, “since it does not alter the exterior configuration of the building, nor does it harm the general interest of the community or the individual of any owner”.
