“The assets have been frozen by the Estonian court during the dispute between that country’s real estate company Hepsor P113 and the Estonian company Novel Clinic Assets (NCA) managed by the former tenant of its building, Concept 4 Clinic,” the news agency reports.

“If temporary protective measures are not applied due to the actions of the possibly dishonest defendants (Concept 4 Clinic and its board – BNS) and persons related to the defendant, the assets of the company still in the possession of the defendants may be wasted,” the court ruling reads.

This is due to the dispute in the Estonian court related to the 2021 August 30 signed premises lease agreement. It was discontinued last year. It is recalled that Novel Clinic Assets was forced to abandon a building in Tallinn when the owner, Hepsor P113, unilaterally terminated the lease.

In addition, Novel Clinic Assets was accused of non-payment of rent and other services.

BNS reports that Concept 4 Clinic claimed to the court that the lease agreement was terminated illegally, and is asking it to be awarded 437,000. euros due to unjust enrichment, as well as 7.15 million EUR damages.

Hepsor P113 claims to have experienced 2.76 million EUR losses. Therefore, Hepsor P113 acquired property claims against Novel Clinix Assets, totaling 2.76 million. euros.

It is mentioned that this amount was due to the unpaid rent, other expenses, construction fees, expenses for the remaining empty premises, the difference in the rent between the former and the new tenant.
