The ‘crime of the Ebro Park’ in Logroño will be judged by a Jury Court on November 20

The Presiding Magistrate of the Provincial Court of La Rioja in charge of prosecuting by the Jury Court procedure what is known as ‘the Ebro Park Crime’ has agreed that the trial for this cause will be held from next November 20. The facts being prosecuted refer to the alleged murder of 34-year-old IH on April 6, 2021 in the Ebro Park in Logroño at the hands of four young people between the ages of 22 and 28, as well as two minors. The Prosecutor requests for each of the four defendants 25 years in prison for an alleged crime of murder and 5 years in prison for an alleged crime of robbery with violence.
