The closing date has been moved from August 15 to October 4 because of the deadline for corrections to the NSI report
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food offers the deadline to request payment of the approved under sub-measure 22.2 beneficiaries to be extended by 50 days – instead of August 15, it will be until October 4, 2023. This is recorded in a draft of Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 2 for the implementation of sub-measure 22.2 on “Extraordinary temporary support for small and medium-sized enterprises affected by the consequences of the Russian invasion of Ukraine” of the 2014-2020 PRDP.
The extended deadline applies to approved applicants – processors and producer groups and organizations.
On April 13 of this year, the Agriculture Fund reported that out of 65 applications for assistance submitted by food industry enterprises and groups/organizations, 49 were approved.
The reason for extending the deadline is to reduce the administrative burden and carry out official inspections, which are tied to the deadlines for submitting and correcting the statement of income and expenses in the NSI.
The National Statistical Institute gives the opportunity to submit electronically by entering in real time (online) in the Information System “Business Statistics” a corrective annual report on the activity in 2022 once until 02.10.2023 according to section II, subsection C from the joint order of NSI and NARA.
It is therefore necessary to enable beneficiaries under sub-measure 22.2 “Extraordinary temporary support for small and medium-sized enterprises affected by the consequences of the Russian invasion of Ukraine” of the Rural Development Program for the period 2014-2020 to submit payment requests until October 4, 2023
