Already a few months ago, the deal between Esther Hayut and Gideon Saar was presented, according to which 4 judges will be elected to the Supreme Court:

Judge Khaled Kabov – The Tel Aviv District Court judge, the judge vying for the non-Jewish judge’s box, lost in the previous round to Judge Kara.

Candidate on behalf of the Bar Association – Adv. Yechiel Kosher – A lawyer who specializes in litigation and dispute resolution.

Judge Ruth Ronen Judge of the Tel Aviv District Court

The judge revealed the wings of Steinitz Vice President of the Jerusalem District Court. The wife of MK Yuval Steinitz of the Likud.

Ronen and Kabov, are candidates on behalf of the bloc in a committee headed by Esther Hayut. Kasher is an agreed-upon candidate on behalf of the Bar Association, and Gideon Saar recommended Steinitz Wings, which, according to Avishai Grinzig’s publication in Globes, was also supported by animals, behind the scenes.

This is a failure for the right-wing bloc, whose only achievement is the torpedo of the director of the courts, Yigal Marzel, who is considered a protégé of Aharon Barak and judicial activism.

On Shaked’s behalf, they issued a press release stating that she would vote for the judges who are considered conservative (Steinitz’s Wings is considered conservative in the announcement) and is expected to abstain or oppose a vote on Ruth Ronen and Khaled Kaboub. With and without it there is a majority in the Animal-Bar Association coalition and Saar has joined them.
