The deputy listened to Putin with noodles on his ears – he was accused of discrediting the army

Mikhail Abdalkin, a deputy of the Samara Regional Duma from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, who posted a video on the network where he watches Vladimir Putin’s message to the Federal Assembly with noodles on his ears, was charged with an administrative protocol under the article on discrediting the army. The materials were transferred to the court of the city of Novokuibyshevsk, it follows from the case card. The protocol will be considered on March 7.
