The company, owned by the SY group, was placed in receivership on Wednesday by the Bobigny commercial court (Seine-Saint-Denis), with an observation period of six months. It was the brand itself that requested it, at the end of August, citing “rent payment arrears» accumulated during the Covid period. According to our information, the company owes between 15 and 20 million euros to the lessors of its commercial premises.
