Tolman’s was established in 1986 by Tamara and Jeff Tolman and specializes in importing and marketing furniture and accessories of Italian brands. The chain currently has 6 active branches, a surplus warehouse as well as a small warehouse in Beit Yehoshua. Meanwhile, the chain does not currently have a large warehouse that allows it to grow and is held in several small warehouses. The need that has arisen for the establishment of a retail store where it will be possible to concentrate all of the chain’s merchandise stems, among other things, from the growth in activity and the establishment of “Tollman’s Dot” and the online store.
The mall to be built will be located in the northern part of the business park, near the Decathlon logistics center, and will be tailor-made for the needs of Tolman’s. The negotiations on behalf of Tolman’s were led by attorney Wanda Feinberg and attorney David Cohen from the Gross office and Attorney Uri Gilat, and on behalf of the Caesarea Properties Company Michael Charsanti, CEO of the Caesarea Development and Properties Companies, Ran Elisha, VP of Properties, Avi Koren, VP and Legal Advisor, Oren Zilberstein, Director of the Income and Business Development Division, Yishai Karniel, Property Manager, together with Attorneys Galia Ziskind-Spiegel, Tal Levy and Shir Zalmanovitz from Tolcinski Marciano Cohen Levitsky & Co.
