A visiting meeting of the Board of the Board of the Union of Theater Workers of Azerbaijan (UTDA) was held at the Ganja State National Drama Theater. First, the guests toured the theater building, halls, foyers and rooms, and took an excursion to the Ganja Theater Museum, the STDA press service told Day.Az.
The event was attended by the chairman of STDA, People’s Artist Gadzhi Ismailov, deputy chairmen, People’s Artist Ilham Namig Kamal and Honored Artist Azad Shukurov, board members, People’s Artist Marakhim Farzalibekov, executive secretary Aida Gafarova, Chairman of the Audit Commission, Honored Artist Hafiz Guliyev, lawyer Kenul Alekperova, people’s artists Valeh Kerimov and Ella Yagubova, representatives of the Ganja State National Drama Theater, Mingachevir State Drama Theater and Sheki State Drama Theater.
The speakers spoke about the current state, successes, problems of Azerbaijani theaters, discussed issues and held discussions on the further development of theatrical art. It was noted that the Ganja Theater worthily represents our country at international events; director Agil Bakhramli was awarded the STDA “Teatr Xadimi” medal.
