Once again, EAE Business School held its Annual Alumni Meeting, which was attended by some 500 alumni of the business school belonging to Planeta Formación y Universidades, which took place at the Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium, in Madrid. Likewise, more than 100 alumni have followed the event via streaming, from their respective countries.

The meeting, led by the journalist and writer Marta Robles, featured relevant professionals, including the CEO of DAZN Spain and former member of the Vodafone Spain Management Committee, Bosco Aranguren. During his intervention, he revealed that “authenticity, understanding and balance, along with consistency and proactivity are the necessary ingredients for success. These values ​​have been key in my quest to achieve my goal of being a good leader.”

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, client management and business development, Aranguren provided inspiring insights into his career path. Thus, he has shared that “my first great opportunity at Banco Central Hispano was through a connection, and from there, my work career began,” pointing out his deep knowledge of the market and his successful career.

For his part, the President of EAE Alumni and director of Intersafe Iberia (Lyreco), Ramón Abella, was in charge of opening the event, expressing his gratitude to the alumni for being the most valuable ambassadors of the school. “The EAE Alumni network offers us a world of possibilities, a ladder made up of resources, specialized training, inspiring events and exceptional talent, which pushes us towards achieving our goals, with the opportunity to be trained and connected.”, he pointed out. Abella, also highlighting the importance of her commitment.

EAE Talks: digital transformation, investment and entrepreneurship

This event has also included the celebration of two EAE Talks, small motivational talks that the business school has been organizing for years. On this occasion, Alejandro Ruiz Lara, a former student of the Master in Project Management and CEO of CHECKTOBUILD, a startup for intelligent project supervision through the integration of 3D models, IoT sensors and Artificial Intelligence, gave the first talk, focused on the main keys to improve the entrepreneurship process of each business.

“Checktobuild’s entrepreneurial process has been an invaluable experience for me, allowing me to fully immerse myself in creating a project from scratch. On this path, one of the main keys is to adapt an approach based on antifragility, adapting to adversity in order to achieve success. with determination in the face of adversity. In this process, I have learned that true strength lies in the ability to transform difficulties into opportunities,” Alejandro Ruiz Lara explained about Checktobuild’s entrepreneurship process.

Likewise, Lorena Andrea Zenklussen, CEO of Compracasa España and member of the Advisory Board of EAE Business School, was the star of the second EAE Talks, sharing with the alumni her experience marked by EAE. “The reality of business relationships and networking became a fundamental pillar in my career. With a clear purpose, a method and constant motivation, you achieve meaningful connections that influence your success,” she said.

In the case of Alumni EAE responds to an initiative promoted by students, alumni, faculty and the business community with the purpose of promoting links beyond the classrooms among the more than 77,000 students who have studied at the institution since 1958.
