Al-Marsad newspaper: A new study confirmed that drinking two to three cups of coffee a day leads to many health benefits.
The research, published by experts in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology, was based on the ground, instant and caffeine-free versions, and the researchers suggested that coffee consumption should be considered part of a healthy lifestyle, which prolongs life.
And compared to not drinking coffee at all, the researchers found that drinking it leads to a lower risk of cardiovascular disease.
Study author Peter Kistler, from the Baker Institute for Heart and Diabetes Research in Australia, said: “In this large observational study, decaffeinated instant coffee was associated with reduced cardiovascular disease and associated death.”
“The results suggest that moderate to moderate intake of instant ground coffee and decaffeinated coffee should be considered part of a healthy lifestyle,” he added.
And it was noted that all types of coffee were associated with a decrease in cardiovascular disease, and the risk of death from it.
