The district court in Beer Sheva today (Sunday) overturned the decision of the peace court in Ashkelon in the case of Eyal Nagar, the successor of the head of the crime organization Bnei Shlomo, who was arrested on suspicion of plotting revenge for the assassination of Shlomo. The district reversed the decision on unconditional release, and decided to keep Nagar and another senior official, Hamza Milad, under house arrest, from the entire southern region.

The court decided on the release of the main suspects in the Bnei Shlomo murder

As I recall, the two, who are considered rivals, were arrested last Friday and interrogated at the Ashdod station after the suspicion arose of mutual harm intentions that could have cost human lives. According to the decision of the district court, the two will remain under house arrest until 25.11.22, and were also removed from Gedara and Daruma until 2.12.22.

The decision to cancel the release of the suspects comes a few days after the High Court decided to release from custody the two main suspects involved in the assassination of the head of the criminal organization Bnei Shlomo, a medical student, and his brother.
