education:
A candidate studying in institutions for higher education recognized by the MLA or in institutions for training engineers and technicians supervised by the Ministry of Labor, including a student studying for an additional bachelor’s degree (after completing the first bachelor’s degree). A person studying at a recognized higher education institution, who is studying for a master’s degree (including a student studying for an additional master’s degree) or a third recognized by the MLA, as long as he is studying for a degree and has not completed his duties for receiving the degree. A student in a pre-academic preparatory school, a student studying in the completion year for a master’s degree, and a student studying in a higher education institution in the completion year for accounting certification. A student for diploma studies is not considered a student for the purpose of employment in the civil service.

• Knowledge of networks – knowledge of communication protocols, communication equipment and network architectures – an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure, Linux and web technologies – an advantage.
• Ability to read and analyze articles in the English language – an advantage.
• Self-study ability, commitment to the tasks of a great leader.
• Knowledge of information and cyber security (procedures, tools) – an advantage.
