The District Court – Dupnitsa sentenced the driver of a car who drove with 3.30 parts per million of alcohol in the village of Yahinovo to 6 months, after pleading guilty.
The defendant M. T. / aged 36, from the Municipality of Dupnitsa / pleads guilty to the fact that on 05.06.2024, in the village of Yahinovo, he drove his private car with a concentration of alcohol in his blood above 0, 5 per thousand, namely – 3.30 per thousand, established in the proper manner with the technical device “Alcotest Dreger 7510”, after he was convicted with an effective sentence for an act under Article 343b, Paragraph 1.
With the Agreement on the inventory of RS – Dupnitsa, entered into force on 24.04.2019, for a crime under Art. 343b, para. 1 of the Criminal Code, the defendant was sentenced to “imprisonment” for a period of four months, to be served under the initial “general” regime and two years and six months “deprivation of the right to drive a motor vehicle”. The act was served on 24.02. 2020. Not rehabilitated under Article 88a, paragraph 4 of the Criminal Code.
The decision by which the defendant M. T. was effectively sentenced to “imprisonment” for a period of 6 months is final and not subject to appeal.
