The Prosecutor’s Office had notified that same hospital that the suspect, a student at the center, not only had a police record for animal abuse, but also warned of his “worrying” and “psychotic” behavior, according to the letters that several media outlets have made. public.

Likewise, the letters also referred to the contents of the mobile phone that was seized from him when he was arrested for mistreating various animals, such as dogs and rabbits. In it they found photographs of stabbed people and Nazi and far-right propaganda.

In that sense, the authorities recommended that the center not provide him, as planned, with a diploma certifying his qualification based on his medical and police history.

The suspect, identified as Fuad L., 32, was arrested on Thursday after killing three people, one of them in the same hospital where he took refuge after fatally shooting a mother and daughter in their home.
