This session was devoted to the adoption of the action plan of self-referral subjects for the year 2025 and to the presentation and discussion of the study project on “The challenges of PTPE in Morocco: growth , modernization and development”, indicates a press release from the EESC.
Thus, the Council developed, upon referral to the Chamber of Advisors, a draft report analyzing the situation of these companies and proposing measures capable of promoting their growth and modernization, specifies the same source.
“In light of the discussions and observations made by the members of the Council, this project will be enriched and then submitted for approval to the General Assembly at a future session.”
Regarding the action plan for self-referral subjects for the year 2025, the CESE plans to strengthen its co-construction approach, by developing and broadening its scope of listening and citizen participation , notably through its platform ouchariko.ma.
The Council also intends to continue working on a new generation of economic, social and environmental subjects having a direct impact on citizens and businesses and contributing to the promotion of the status of women and vulnerable categories, support for the Kingdom’s strategic projects, and highlighting sectors of the future and innovative areas of strategic importance for the country.
In this regard, 18 new subjects were approved, in convergence with the proposals of stakeholders and citizens, on its platform ouchariko.ma. These subjects will be examined as part of a self-referral.
As a reminder, the EESC adopted, in 2024, 11 publications, including 10 opinions in addition to its annual report.
