BOLZANO. After the hospitals in Bolzano and Merano, starting from Monday 2 September 2024, the Hospital in Bressanone will also be offering an Accompanying Service, always offered in collaboration with the White Cross. At the moment, the scheduled opening days are Monday and Tuesday, from 08:00 to 12:00.
It is often difficult to find your way around the hospital area in Bressanone. This is due to its size and the large number of outpatient clinics and departments in the various buildings that comprise it. The Hospital Orientation Service will help outpatients and visitors find the right direction, helping them to feel welcome in the hospital.
The new counter, the result of the collaboration between the South Tyrol Health Authority and the White Crossis located next to the reception of the Hospital of Bressanone, in the entrance area of buildings A and A1. There, you can receive information on the location of departments and outpatient clinics. Upon request, the volunteer staff present will then accompany the person in need to the desired point. Finally, support will also be offered for any necessary formalities.
