The EU bans flights of companies from Russia on its territory

Ursula van der Lane, President of the European Commission, announced yesterday that EU airspace would be closed to flights by Russian companies or Russian-owned aircraft – including private jets. These aircraft will not be allowed to land, take off or fly over EU territory.
