The Fourth Guarantee Court of Santiago admitted the complaint presented by the representative Maite Orsini contra Daniela Aránguizthe ex-wife of his current partner, Jorge Valdivia.

The second fact to which Orsini appeals is when Aránguiz accused her of mistreating her children through his social networks, in which he has more than a million followers.
