Lhe sentence fell on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at the Court of First Instance (TPI) of Mafanco. The defendants, Patrice Lamah, Daniel Lamah and Sébory Cissé, all prosecuted for acts of rape, abortion, risk caused to others, administration of harmful substances, intentional blows and wounds resulting in death without the intention of giving it to the person of M’mah Sylla. From now on, they bail out according to deliberate, from 15 to 20 years of criminal imprisonment.

The Mafanco court also condemns the latter to pay all costs and expenses towards the State. The whole, in accordance with the provisions of articles 48, 63, 268, 262,263, 266, 243, 83 of the Penal Code; 544, 4 and 548 of the Criminal Procedure Code, according to President Souleymane 1 Traoré.

“Patrice Lamah and Célestin Millimouno are guilty of the crime of rape. In addition, Daniel Lamah, Patrice Lamah Célestin Millimouno are guilty of the crime of intentional bodily harm resulting in death without intention to give it and of the offense of abortion. In the end, Sébory Cissé is guilty of the offense of risk caused to others”, returned the president.

For the repression, Patrice Lamah and Daniel Lamah are sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment each. Sébory Cissé meanwhile, was sentenced to one year in prison. The most who paid in this case, is Célestin Millimouno, sentenced to 20 years of criminal imprisonment, while issuing an arrest warrant against him. Other sanctions include their ban on exercising the profession of doctor for a period of five (5) years and on the other hand, prohibiting Sébory Cissé from exercising the same right for a period of three years.
