Sport, its rules and the experience of the champions to learn to work in a team, acquire awareness and leadership, organization and time management, motivation and winning mentality: all elements common to continuous training from which to learn. This is the theme at the center of the debate entitled “Tools to compete. Sport and continuous training ”, organized by Fondimpresa, Fondo the interprofessional fund of Confindustria, Cgil, Cisl and Uil, live on social media. The event, scheduled for Tuesday 30 March from 11.00 to 12.30, broadcast through the Fondimpresa youtube channel, aims to contribute, through the sports metaphor, to fuel the debate concerning professional training as a strategic asset for the growth of workers’ skills and competitiveness of Italian companies.
The works of the webinar, introduced by Anna Trovò, Fondimpresa Board Member, and concluded by the President of Fondimpresa Bruno Scuotto, will be coordinated by Marino Bartoletti, journalist. Together with Julio Velasco (former national volleyball technical commissioner), Gianni Bugno (world cycling champion), Patrizio Oliva (olympic boxing champion, former national Olympic technical commissioner), will speak: Giovanni Malagò (President of the Italian National Olympic Committee) , Manuela di Centa (Olympic Champion, honorary member of the IOC and trainer), Marcel Vulpis (economist, founder of the Sporteconomy news agency and Deputy Vice President of Lega Pro), Alberto Miglietta (former CEO of Coni Servizi).
