In the village of Torbeevo on the territory of the Moscow region town of Lyubertsy, an explosion took place in a private house, according to the main department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Moscow region.
The incident was reported at 4:48 am. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the explosion caused a partial collapse of the house, the structure collapsed by about two-thirds. The fire did not follow the collapse, they noted in the chapter.
Olga Vradiy, senior assistant to the head of the Main Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for the Moscow Region, told RBC that two children born in 2010 and 2013 were injured. They were hospitalized in the Moscow Regional Center for the Protection of Mothers and Children, noted in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies.
The investigators named the explosion of the fuel-air mixture of a diesel boiler, which heated the room, as a preliminary reason for the incident. “The inspection has been organized,” added Vradiy.
The Prosecutor’s Office of the Moscow Region also organized a check on the fact of injuring children.
