The expulsion of former deputy Kiczka was formalized

The Misiones Legislature formalized the expulsion of Germán Kiczka as a deputy for the case in which he is detained and investigated, along with his brother, for the crime of “possession, consumption and distribution of child sexual abuse material.”

In an ordinary session, legislators confirmed that Kiczka is leaving his seat as a deputy after a lengthy discussion, which generated controversy due to the delay, although there is still one more step to take to decide.

It was through a resolution project promoted by Deputy Carlos Rovira and other legislators that said session was held in which it was proposed “the expulsion of Deputy Germán Kiczka from the House of Representatives due to the aberrant acts involving his criminal actions.”

Authoritarians don’t like this.

The practice of professional and critical journalism is a fundamental pillar of democracy. That is why it bothers those who believe they are the owners of the truth.

From the House of Representatives, Anazul Centeno said: “The responsibility that falls to us as the Legislative Branch, being the support of Justice, respecting the procedural and investigation times and, above all, respecting the independence of the powers, so that there is not even an iota of doubt or speculation regarding this case, which is very serious.”

“We acted as the rules dictate, proceeding to remove immunity immediately after receiving the court order and creating an investigative committee at that very moment; and while that was happening and no one else was saying anything, Kiczka was already a fugitive, in rebellion and ignoring the justice system,” explained the deputy.

Centeno also announced that the formalization had already been submitted to the investigative commission, “whose members have already been duly notified so that said commission can issue an immediate decision.”

Finally, the deputy said angrily: “In our Legislature, in our province, there is no place for these criminals, the place is jail.”

Compromising chat. In the last few hours it became known that, thanks to the expert’s report on his phone, Germán Kiczka had had a conflict with a woman due to a “non-consensual” episode in a swimming pool.

The material is now in the hands of the courts, which will now have to determine whether this message is linked to the paedophilia case involving the Kiczka brothers.

“I’m going to be honest with you, Germán, what happened in the pool (…) was not consensual, so don’t come near me again,” the woman told him in a WhatsApp message on August 15, 2020.
