The extremist Ivić was looking for? Maccabi Tel Aviv is interested in Ibrahim Sadik

by time news

The January transfer window will open in just two months, but it seems that Maccabi Tel Aviv is already working to upgrade the squad in preparation for the continued struggles against Maccabi Haifa and Hapoel Beer Sheva in the top flight. The club recently approached the winger of the new Swedish champion, Haken, Ibrahim Sadik and checked about his costs and if he is interested in playing in Israel.

The 22-year-old Sadiq was one of the rising forces in the club that won its first championship in its history. He finished the season with seven goals and three assists in 18 games in total (10 of which he started in the lineup), after moving from Denmark’s Nordsland last February. Sadiq grew up at the Rite Do Dream Academy in Ghana, the same academy where former Maccabi Haifa striker Godsway Donio was also educated.

Maccabi Tel Aviv has not yet submitted an official offer to Haken, but it is already clear that if you want to add the player you will have to pay quite a lot of money. Sadik has signed a contract until 2025 with the club and according to Transmarket he is worth 600,000 euros. “We know his value is high,” Haken’s professional director noted Martin Erickson“If someone wants to purchase a young player from us, it will cost them.”

By the way, Maccabi Tel Aviv is not the only one that expressed interest in Sadik. According to reports in Ghana, both in Poland and clubs in the Gulf checked about him.
