The fall session of the 45th International Cultural Moussem of Assilah starts on October 14 (press release)
Assilah – The opening of the fall session of the 45th edition of the Asilah International Cultural Moussem will take place on Monday October 14 at 5 p.m. instead of Sunday October 13, as previously announced, indicates the Assilah Forum Foundation.
No changes are planned in the programming of Moussem and the 38th edition of the Al-Mu’tamid Ibn Abbad Open University, specifies the Foundation in a press release.
Organized under the high patronage of HM King Mohammed VI, this event will bring together around 300 personalities from the worlds of politics, thought, literature, media and the visual arts.
This event, initiated in partnership with the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication (Culture Department) and the municipality of Assilah, will be marked by the organization of several conferences, as part of the 38th edition of Al-Mu’tamid Ibn Abbad Open University, which will deal with the different developments experienced by the countries of the South.
The program for this edition includes symposia dealing with several current topics, including “The border crisis in Africa: the thorny paths”, “The Arab elites of the diaspora: the challenge posed and the possible role”, “Religious movements and political scene: what fate?” and “Values of justice and democratic systems”.
