A colorful, large and lively celebration took place last night at the Ashdod Amphitheater in the closing performance of the Ashdod Dance Festival, starring the best Israeli artists, the Andalusian Ashdod and thousands of dancers. Ashdodance, the international dance festival in Ashdod, conducted by the legendary Avi Levy, was signed last night after four days full of original performances that put the art of dance and dance in the spotlight alongside the performances of top stars in Israel.

Last night’s huge closing show at the amphitheater was held as a tribute to the Maghreb Jewish culture combined with the Israeli Andalusian Orchestra, which includes 25 Israeli dance troupes, about 2,000 dancers.

The show was accompanied by special performances by Ishtar, Lynette, Yossi Azulai, David Daur, Sapir Saban, Sami Lazmi, Haim Oliel, Gusto and the band Azimut to perform the super-temporary classics.
