Maithiri Wickramasinghe, the first lady of the country, Senior Professor of the Department of English at Kelani University and an experienced feminist in gender equality and equality, will visit Jaffna the day after tomorrow, Friday.
He will be going to Jaffna to attend a research conference titled “Development in a new normal state through gender balance and equality” to be held at the University of Jaffna and deliver a keynote speech.

In the Jaffna University International Research Conference (JUICE-2022) series, which is being held under the theme of Shaping the Future in the New Normal, the Department of Gender Equality and Gender Equality of the University said, “Shaping the Future in the New Normal” A study conference titled “Achieving Development” will be held at the Kailasapati Art Gallery the day after tomorrow, Friday.
