The fiscal reserve is sort of like our own checking accounts. We make expenses from them, but at the same time we receive income from them, said MP from PP-DB Venko Sabrutev in the program “This Morning” on BTV.

“But the reserve is assessed at the end of the month, and by then the revenues from VAT and taxes will come,” Sabrutev said.
According to him, the problem would come if the parliament continues as it is now to vote on additional expenses.

The PP-DB parliamentary group also sees a GERB-DPS coalition before the early parliamentary elections. “The services work for GERB and DPS as political clubs,” Sabrutev also said.
