If there is one sector in which the Covid-19 epidemic has reshuffled the cards in terms of telework, it is the public service. Before, it was almost non-existent. The revolution was brutal and complicated, including concerning the necessary equipment. This survey, carried out with the support of the Jean-Jaurès Foundation, Casden, MNT and Esomar, covers the three public services – State, local authorities and hospitals. It shows that while teleworking has become widespread, only four out of ten agents can work from home.
