Palakkad: A madrasah teacher who subjected a fourteen-year-old boy to unnatural sexual harassment has been arrested in Tirumitakod, Palakkad. Chalissery police arrested Irshad Ali, a native of Nilgirikota, Tamil Nadu.
The complaint is that a student of the Karukaputhur religious school in Tirumitakode panchayat was subjected to constant unnatural harassment. The information about the abuse came out when the family saw the abnormality in the child’s behavior and subjected him to counselling. Later, the child’s family lodged a complaint with the police.
