Throughout France, the mild weather on Saturday April 16 enabled the French to enjoy the first day of the Easter weekend. Regional report.
In Carnon-Plage, in the Hérault, a retiree basks in the sun, Saturday April 16. The thermometer reads 27 degrees. “The weather is nice, we find pleasant temperatures, we are starting to change color a little“, confides the man. “It feels good to find some warmth, the sun“, adds a woman. In Royan, in Charente-Maritime, the sky is overcast, but who cares: some still throw themselves into the water. Verdict? She is “very, very cold“.
Other vacationers have ventured into Lake Annecy, in Haute-Savoie. Some, more cautious, have opted for the pedal boat, marveling at the crystal clear waters. A man, who came for his girlfriend’s birthday, made the trip from Grenoble, in Isère, and seems delighted. Finally, some reckless people have opted for an acrobatic dive… always under the sun.
