The Italian relay won the gold medal in the men’s 4x100m medley at the World Swimming Championships on Saturday in Budapest. .
Thomas Ceccon, Nicolo Martinenghi, Federico Burdisso and Alessandro Miressi won in 3 min 27 sec 51, ahead of the Americans Ryan Murphy, Nic Fink, Michael Andrew and Ryan Held (3:27.79), and the Britons Luke Greenbank, James Wilby, James Guy and Tom Dean (3:31.31).
