Gneiger Plastics Enterprises began training their employees through an innovative augmented reality system. As part of the company’s vision to lead the industry towards a green world that works efficiently and quickly, the company decided to make a transition to an employee mentoring system through augmented reality. The innovative system saves the factory a lot of money from day one and helps it train new employees in an efficient, accessible and innovative way.
At the end of a project that lasted about eight months, Matrix implemented software products for the factory, an employee guidance system that combines augmented reality and combines all the knowledge accumulated in the company over the years, processes the information and streamlines work processes.

The system provides a solution for the recruitment and training processes in the factory, guides the employees in performing tasks, helps the company reduce the costs and resources involved in training new employees.
The system was developed in an accessible and clear way for the workers so that no prior training is needed, and today dozens of production and operation floor workers use it daily. Apart from aspects of training and manpower, the augmented reality system aggregates data, processes information and builds efficient work processes according to needs.
