The “Flowing Water” team of volunteers from the Galilee-Carmel Rescue Unit of the Israel Police completed training on the Jordan River yesterday (Friday) as part of a training sequence for readiness for the rainy season and floods. The volunteers practiced various scenarios of rescuing hikers who got into trouble in streams and open areas due to the stormy weather.
