Sustainability, identity and vampires – the Chemnitz festival shows films with topics that affect children and young people all over the world

The Schlingel team led by festival director Michael Harbauer viewed around 1,200 films for the 28th International Film Festival – Schlingel – for children and young audiences. 171 films were ultimately selected. Of these, 126 will go into the race for one of the 23 prizes.
