The GCC reaffirms the importance of the strategic partnership with Morocco
Riyadh – The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) highlighted the importance of the strategic partnership linking its member states to the Kingdom of Morocco, during the Morocco-GCC ministerial meeting held on Sunday in Riyadh, in the presence of the Minister of Affairs Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans living abroad, Mr. Nasser Bourita.
Speaking on this occasion, the President of the current session of the Council, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, indicated that the strategic partnership with Morocco constitutes a source of pride for the GCC countries who aspire to raise it to broader perspectives, emphasizing the importance of strengthening this cooperation and making it long-term in the service of the people.
This meeting, held in the presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans living abroad, Mr. Nasser Bourita, and Their Highnesses and Excellencies the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the GCC member countries, was the opportunity to strengthen the solid foundations of the strategic partnership linking the two parties, in accordance with the Vision of HM King Mohammed VI, may God help him, and his brother heads of state of the Gulf.
