Thrissur: A woman was seriously injured when she fell from a private bus. A young woman was injured when she fell from a limited stop bus at Iringalakuda. The accident took place at a bend from Iringalakuda Kattoor Road to the bypass road. The woman was admitted to a private hospital in Maprana.
The accident happened when the bus veered off the normal route and was traveling on another route. The woman, who was standing near the back door, fell into the road and was seriously injured when she turned too fast at a bend.
The seriously injured woman is currently being treated at a hospital. Due to the traffic jam, the journey was diverted from the regular route. The instruction not to leave the bus door open is already there. The bus traveled in violation of this. It is learned that legal action will be taken as the accident was caused by a violation of the law.
