“The goal is to make history”: DJ Snake will give the first concert at the Parc des Princes since 2010

The Parc des Princes has not hosted a concert since the punk-rockers of Green Day, June 22, 2010. After the takeover of PSG in 2011 and the signing at the end of 2013 of a thirty-year emphyteutic lease with the city of Paris Assuring them exclusive use of the stadium, the club’s new Qatari leaders first wanted to make it a sanctuary dedicated to football. But they ended up being convinced of a return in small doses from the musicians and their fans. It needed a star for this recovery to make the event. They found it with one of the most popular French DJs in the world… and one of the club’s best ambassadors. DJ Snake, alias William Grigahcine, will perform there on June 11, two days before his 36th birthday. Passing through Paris this Wednesday, the electronic musician, who grew up in Ermont (Val-d’Oise) told us about his story with PSG and the birth of his new show, which will be held in front of 63,000 fans.
