The Godot Awards honor Pablo Messiez and pay tribute to Miguel Rellán

As already happened in the Max Awards delivered last April, those granted by Godot magazine this Monday once again exalted Pablo Messiez and his work the will to believe. Carmen Barrantes, Jorge Usón, the pianist Lola Barroso and the dancer Sara Arévalo were the presenters at the gala that was held at the Pavón Theater in Madrid, in which a tribute was also paid to the actor Miguel Rellán.

Pedro Casablanc, for his part, was recognized as Best Male Performer for his work in Don Ramón Maria del Valle-Inclan; while the Godot Award for Best Female Performer went to Rebeca Hernando, star of The will to believe which was also recognized as Best Original Theatrical Authorship for Messiez. Fernanda Orazi won for Best Director and the cast of Coronada and the bull won the award for Best Cast.

In the dance section, Mariana de Luz Arcas was chosen as Best Show, Rocío Molina as Best Female Performer for carnation and Daniel Abreu Best Male Performer for Dalet Yes. The Godot Audience Award went to Damn Thornyof Theaomai Company.
