The Generalitat has closed an agreement with the Govern of Spain that will allow Catalonia to receive 914 million for infrastructure.

It is an agreement that ERC reached with PSOE in exchange for approving past General State Budgets. This protocol will be signed on the same day as that of the Ronda Nord (B-40)which was planned in an agreement reached to approve the regional budget of the Generalitat thanks to the favorable vote of the PSC.

The North Round protocol had already been completed weeks ago, but the Government of the Generalitat had also demanded that the 914 million protocol be signed. The signing of the two protocols is expected to take place before the electoral campaign.

These 914 million are distributed as follows: actions in the Maresme (384 million); the N-260 (260 million); connections between AP-7 and AP-2 (250 million) and railway interchanges (20 million).

As for the Ronda Norththe Generalitat has succeeded in not being considered one high capacity roadthat it is recognized that it is one road that runs between Terrassa and Sabadellwithout further continuity, as established by the Vallès Special Mobility Plan, and that theThe state pays for it with its own budget (and not with the third additional provision, as the ministry wanted).
