The Government Council adopts two draft decrees relating to the health sector

Rabat – The Government Council adopted, on Wednesday, two draft decrees relating to the health sector, presented by the Minister of Health and Social Protection, Khalid Aït Taleb.

This concerns draft decree no. 2.24.687 relating to supervisors and supervisors of internships within health establishments falling under territorial health groups, for the benefit of students in health professions, indicates a press release from the delegated ministry responsible for Relations with Parliament.

This draft decree aims to determine the regulatory provisions that apply to supervisors and supervisors of internships carried out by external, internal and resident students in faculties of medicine and pharmacy and in dental medicine, as well as by students of higher institutes of nursing and health technical professions within the various public health establishments falling within the territory of territorial health groups, explains the press release.

According to the same source, there is also the question of draft decree no. 2.24.646 relating to the joint regional committees for the coordination of applied training in the health professions, which is part of the implementation of the provisions of framework law no. 06.22 relating to the national health system, and the provisions of law no. 08.22 establishing territorial health groups.

This bill will help to breathe new life into training in health professions and broaden its scope of application in order to support developments in this area, the press release notes.
