Following the events that occurred on Monday afternoon in Madrid, Father Juan Manuel Góngora, diocesan priest of the Diocese of Almería (Spain), has started a campaign directed at the Madrid Prosecutor’s Office in which he asks that they investigate the “ “alleged prevarication that seriously affects fundamental rights.”

Through the platform HazteOir.orgthe priest claims article 16 of the Spanish Constitution, which recognizes that “we all have the right to ideological and religious freedom and to manifest it publicly as we see fit,” he explains in the campaign.

Father Góngora, known for his participation in social networks and member of the program The sacristy of the Vendée, defends that this right is only limited if it affects public order. In this sense, he adds:
