The announcement follows the statements of the former Minister of Transformation and Public Service, Amélie de Montchalin, who last March announced in our pages a thaw “before summer”. “There is a new element today: inflation persists, it is strong and lasting. We can clearly see that the value of the public service index point is disconnected from the economic situation, ”explained the former minister at the time.
