As the “Bild” newspaper and the German Press Agency report, the couple tied the knot in Berlin on Saturday. According to the daily newspaper, the wedding took place “in a charming location in Berlin, surrounded by friends, family and colleagues.”
Ricarda Lang herself has not yet commented on the wedding. Last year, however, she said in an interview with “Gala”: “It will not be a public spectacle, and we will not get married on Sylt.” An allusion to the wedding of Federal Finance Minister Christian Lindner. The FDP politician had married his wife Franca Lehfeldt on the island in July 2022.
A few months ago, Ricarda Lang also spoke about having children. The 30-year-old told the “Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung” that she could well imagine starting a family. “And the thought is actually a driving force for me. For me, perhaps having children myself one day goes hand in hand with the responsibility of saying: I want to contribute to a world in which my children can grow up well.”
Ricarda Lang and Florian Wilsch have been a couple for more than seven years. The two appear together in public from time to time. A few weeks ago, for example, they walked the red carpet at the Bayreuth Festival together. The Green Party leader also posts couple photos on Instagram from time to time. However, there hasn’t been a wedding photo there yet.
