Jolanta Petkevičienė, the head of the Central Election Commission (CEC), answered the opposition’s questions in the Seimas on Tuesday regarding the problems with the organization of the elections. Most of the questions are related to the elections of the mayors of Anykščiai district and Visaginas, where Kęstutis Tubis and Dalia Štraupaitė, who entered the second round, were removed from the electoral battle, and later returned to it after court decisions.
