Farmers dissatisfied with the policies of the French and European authorities booed and threw eggs at French Agriculture Minister Marc Fenot. Day.Az reports this with reference to the 20minutes newspaper.

The incident occurred on Friday when the head of the Ministry of Agriculture, together with the Minister of Ecological Transition, Christophe Bechoux, visited the stand of the Agency for the Ecological Transition (ADEME). Several dozen people blew whistles and shouted slogans, including calls for the resignation of ministers. The protesters were taken away from the Cabinet of Ministers by police officers, however, according to preliminary data, no one was detained.

“We noticed that nothing has changed over the past three weeks,” the publication quotes one of the protesters named Benoit as saying. “We want solutions, but at the moment they have not been found for some problems, for example in the case of the import of beets or products that are approved in Europe, in some European countries, but are not approved here.”
