Sect leader Daniel Ambash was found dead in his cell. An intensive care unit that was called to the scene tried to perform resuscitation operations on him, but his death was determined at the scene. Ambash, a resident of the Jerusalem area, married + 14, was sentenced to 26 years in prison for sexual offenses. He was admitted to the IPS in July 2011 and was expected to be released in July 2037. The notices were given to his family. The circumstances of the incident are under investigation.
