EXCLUSIVE – According to an Odoxa-MNH-“Le Figaro” survey, hospital staff are doing less well than other assets.

French nursing staff, in particular hospitals, are not doing well – unfortunately this is no longer really news at this stage. But a vast Odoxa survey for the Mutuelle nationale des hospitaliers (MNH) and Le Figaro Health allows us to put figures on this feeling, and these are eloquent. While two days of mobilization of hospital staff will follow, this Thursday at the call of the CGT, and next Tuesday with FO, the CFDT and the Unsa, the difficulties reported by the doctors, nurses and caregivers have worsened since the previous such study four years ago.

The share of hospital professionals satisfied with their work has thus fallen by 10 points since 2018: they now represent only 46% of respondents, compared to 77% for the average of French workers (up, conversely, by 5 points) , according to this survey carried out by telephone with 1,325 caregivers (mainly hospital workers) and 1,005 adults representative of the French population
