Tel Aviv has long been the “high-tech capital” of Israel – about a third of the companies and about a quarter of its employees. According to the Innovation Authority, there are more high-tech companies in Tel Aviv than in the nine cities that follow it. Although the number of companies in Be’er Sheva jumped from 68 in 2015 to 98 today.
