The improvement actions at the Papiol station in Barcelona are completed

Renfe has completed the improvement work at the Papiol station, on the R4 suburban line in Catalonia. In this action, the interior and exterior areas have been conditioned, with painting and lighting.

During the improvement actions at the Papiol station, the damaged areas have been cleaned and the facades, the exterior closure and the indications on scales and slopes have been painted. In addition, Renfe has invested more than 5,000 euros in improving the parking lighting.
The most important part of these works has been dedicated to adapting the rest room for travelers. This area now has a new layout, the pavement has been repaired and the lighting and carpentry have been renewed, in addition to installing access steps, furniture and informative vinyls. The room will remain open to users from Monday to Saturday between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. The more than 1,450 travelers who use the Papiol station every day will benefit from these improvements.
